Refund & Exchange Policy Refunds are NOT guaranteed and will be given on a case-by-case basis and is at the sole discretion of A.A SMART FASHIONS to do so. In the event that we agree to process a refund, in full or partial, that refund WILL NOT be sent and/or processed until the items purchased have been returned and fully inspected by A.A SMART FASHIONS staff.

If stock is available & at A.A SMART FASHIONS discretion, we may offer the option to exchange your merchandise. If a customer opts to exchange their merchandise the customer will be responsible to pay 100% of the return shipping cost.
Customer may receive a full or partial refund if there is an error with an order that is 100% due to A.A SMART FASHIONS negligence. If we make a mistake our customers will not have to pay for it.
By completing a transaction with A.A SMART FASHIONS, any and all customers are agreeing to, and in fact do fully understand the above policy. Customers are agreeing and understand that any & all items sold by A.A SMART FASHIONS coming directly from own manufacturer.
